Industrial Laser Cutting

Duratrack’s industrial laser cutting services combines state-of-the-art cutting technology with old-fashioned, personalized customer service and strict attention to detail. Equipped with flying optic CO2 and nitrogen lasers with 3500 W of output power, we’re capable of cutting through up to .750″ thick mild steel and up to .3125″ thick stainless steel and aluminum. We achieve tolerances of .005″ or better, and leave edges that require little or no additional finishing.

A quick-change-over table accommodates sheet sizes up to 5′ x 10′ for cutting single or nested parts. Our part layout expertise combined with pinpoint laser accuracy enables us to offer cost-saving advantages. To optimize production and minimize waste, we can skillfully arrange geometries that enable a single cut to simultaneously create edges for two distinct parts and leave no material waste in between. We are also able to achieve difficult shapes and intricate contours. In addition to etching and marking, we also offer a wide range of secondary services for complete, start-to-finish part production.
